1. Who you are dealing with
This page is published by Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. (UEN [UEN]), registered at [registered office address, Singapore]. Retreats and travel arrangements are operated by Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. together with I Quadrant Travel Pte. Ltd. under Travel Licence No. TA03759, issued under the Travel Agents Act 1975. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Flyco Business Pte. Ltd., and "you" means the person or organisation using this page.
By using this page, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this page is
This page describes a service and invites enquiries. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. A booking exists only when we have issued a written quotation or agreement and you have accepted it in writing.
3. Prices and proposals
Prices shown or implied on this page, including the indication that retreats start from SGD 20,000, are indicative only. Every retreat is quoted to your participant count, destination and travel period, and a quotation is valid only for the period stated on it. Airfares, hotel rates and ground costs move, and a quotation may be revised before you accept it. All amounts are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. Case studies, figures and examples
The results on this page, including the Holistic Way figures of 170+ tracked purchases, SGD 32,000+ in retail revenue and an 11x return, and the content volumes quoted for each package, describe what specific past campaigns produced. They are historical outcomes for those clients in those markets. They are not a forecast, a target or a guarantee of what your campaign will produce. Results depend on your product, price, audience, retail footprint and media spend, none of which we control.
Brand names and logos shown are those of organisations we have worked with or run campaigns for. They are used to identify that work, and do not imply that those organisations endorse, sponsor or are otherwise connected with any offer on this page.
5. Using the enquiry form
You agree that:
- the information you give us is accurate, and you are entitled to give it to us;
- where you provide another person's contact details, you have that person's consent to do so;
- you will not use the form to send unlawful, defamatory, infringing or misleading content, or to send bulk or automated submissions; and
- you will not upload or transmit anything designed to interfere with the operation of this page.
We may decline to respond to any enquiry, and may decline to quote for or accept any project, without giving reasons.

6. Intellectual property
The content of this page, meaning the copy, photography, video, design, layout and code, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by the Copyright Act 2021 and other laws. You may read it, and share a link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
FLYCO and our logo are our marks. Other marks appearing on the page belong to their respective owners.
Content we produce on a retreat is licensed to you on the terms of the relevant agreement, including the usage-rights period stated for your package. Creators retain rights in their own posts on their own accounts under the terms agreed with them.
7. Availability
We try to keep this page available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Links to other sites
This page links to sites we do not control, including our shop at flycotravel.com and third-party press coverage. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
Subject to that, this page is provided on an "as is" basis and we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this page or from reliance on any figure or example on it. Our total liability arising out of your use of this page is limited to SGD 100. Liability in connection with a retreat we actually run is dealt with in that engagement's own agreement, not here.
10. Travel services
Where we arrange flights, accommodation, transport or activities, we do so as a licensed travel agent under the Travel Agents Act 1975. Those services are delivered by airlines, hotels and local operators under their own terms and conditions, which will be provided to you, and which may limit their liability. Travel insurance is your responsibility unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this page are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
