Retreats are planned and run by Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. together with I Quadrant Travel Pte. Ltd., under Singapore Travel Agent Licence No. TA03759. Flights, accommodation and ground logistics sit with a licensed operator rather than being subcontracted onward.

How quickly will we hear back?
Within one business day, with next steps and the few questions we need answered to scope a proposal. A brief that already includes budget and timing usually comes back with real numbers on the first reply.
What should we put in the first message?
The commercial objective, a rough budget range, your travel window and whether the trip is for customers or staff. Those four things are enough for us to say whether a retreat is the right answer, and to model the mechanic if it is.
Where is FLYCO based?
Singapore. Retreats are operated by Flyco Business Pte. Ltd. together with I Quadrant Travel Pte. Ltd. under Singapore Travel Agent Licence No. TA03759, and we run trips from Changi across Asia and further afield.
What if our budget is under SGD 20,000?
Say so in the first message. We run local influencer campaigns and content production without the travel component, and those start well below the retreat packages. We would rather scope something that works than push you into a trip.
